Custom design process !!


Firstly, a client makes contact by dropping us a line, emailing or messaging us through @concreterepulic to see if we can help them with there custom made Concrete Furniture, and of course we love to help and ask to hear more about their concrete custom wants.

We then go on to have a brief chat about what they had in mind and if they have any drawing, pictures or inspiration via pintrest, etc. We request the images be sent through to us via email along with any descriptions and we then reply with a quote usually within a few days, depending on the size of the job. The client then has time to think it over with family/ friends and when and if they decide that’s it is the piece for them, replies with a 50% deposit to secure the order and then the creating begins to take place.

The design is crafted in my studio in Geelong. We keep in close contact with the client, on how things are going and agreed deadline. The client receives the custom made piece within the agreed deadline and the the final 50% is paid with 7 days of recieving.


So here is a great EXAMPLE below of how we operate here at CR with our custom process..

A client phoned recently to discuss their requirements in a couple pieces of furniture they were wanting. We spoke in detail about want they wanted and I felt I could meet their expectations. As requested they sent through the pictures and notes (below) via email the following day. We provided a quote the next day after that and 4 weeks later they received their custom handmade pieces delivered and installed.
